Yes!
do you think that very focused on clubs owners don't realy succeed at chess
There are only 24 hours in a day–the time spent on moderating a large club is time not spent in careful study. But, in my personal experience, club owners come in all shapes and sizes(and ratings).
I'm a member of several clubs wherein the owners and admins are rated well over 1800.
It's not a matter of motivation, it's a matter of time.
Each individual has a limited amount of time per day, to do other things than duties, chores, must do, and so on (includes eating, washing etc).
And that amount of time will be once you take away the sleeping time (av. 8 hours/day) somewhere between 0 and 16 hours.
Assuming that people who have got 14-16 hours per day at disposal are rare if any, and assuming that, also, having less than 2 hours a day must be uncommon, I'll wild guess most people have got something between 2-6 hours a day of actual free time.
Take away from that, the time it takes to manage an online chess club properly, and tell me what is left for personnal chess studies and developpement...
No wonder one then tends to stagnate at chess.
You know those who have big clubs have 400 or 1100 have rating in few years and others who didn't have clubs have like 1800+ rating
What do you think is chating here makes less motivation in chess?
