No. Only the ratings of the opponents and the result of the game affect the Glicko (this site does not use ELO ratings).

I was wondering this because I am very low in ELO due to playing multiple, very rushed games at once, and I'm trying to catch up, not to mention learn mindfulness. So does time affect ELO? And if so, does it have to be slow or fast timing when I make a move?
