FIDE rated tournaments come every 4 months, will be monthly soon though, as for uscf i have no clue.
Does anyone know why the U.S. Junior Championship hasn't been rated?

Most tournaments are rated very fast now, often within hours of completion. Isn't it supposed to be USCF & FIDE rated?
