I only play 5 0 Blitz games. I am not familiar with real ratings, but I think Blitz are more difficult because of time constrains. Though, in my opinion, I would do better if I play standard chess game.
There are 2079664 players registed in chess.com, most of them prefer Blitz. So, you Elo ranking might be true.

i dont think bullet and blitz shows your true rating because some people are better at bullet and blitz and some are wors and bullet and blitz
I've been advised to play 5 or 10 minute games because a lot of people cheat by using chess engines. This means they don't have the time as much to cheat.
It depends on what you mean by "your true rating".
I'm in my 60s, with bad reflexes and poor eyesight. I wouldn't expect to rate better than 1400 or so at blitz or bullet. But my OTB rating was 2000+, and my daily (3 days per move) rating is nearly 2200.
Which one shows my true strength?
nowadays, blitz chess is the true chess... longer time control are for those who is lazy tho think faster...
