The point of this is not to argue, but to just answer yes or no, and explain why you picked one over another.

My response is yes, however, learning Logic, is a skill in and of itself. Chess can improve logical thinking, but to rely just on chess experience would be detrimental to your logic skills, as I said, Logic, is a skill in and of itself.

Eh, chess is mostly it’s own little universe. I think it helps you with general focus and concentration.
