I heard he has rating of over 1800?

Or did any other president or world leader play chess? In history? How good where they?

Yes he does I wish people wouldn't take what he says at face value. People think hes stupid i have met the man he doesn't really talk like that he is a master at NLP in fact that is not the only thing he has a master rating .

There was a big tournament at one of his hotels once. He was recorded as saying reaching grandmaster level shouldn't be very difficult and/or saying he could do it. I dont remember the exact words. It would seem to me most presidents would only play casually or just know how the pieces move. With a schedule like they have, very little time for chess.

Thats probably true. There are a lot more opportunities to conduct business, any kind of business, on the golf course than playing chess. It seems like most presidents like to play golf. Probably because it's one of the few recreations that allow both a break from work, without being really away from work. I dont think chess offers them that sort of recreation.

Trump does play chess - some masters that he's played with estimate he plays at ~1400 FIDE level. 

Trump does a lot of things that you might not know - when you're rich, you want to try out different things.

If you posted that with a smiley, it would make sense. The article is blatant fake news: neither Barron Trump nor any member of the Trump family has a FIDE rating, never mind a title of any kind. I can guarantee that his father would be a lousy chess player, as he combines low intelligence, laziness and arrogance. He would be an extraordinarily bad loser (which is why he is documented to cheat at golf, being described by one golf partner as "an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10 for cheating". Typical examples include losing balls off the course and them being surprisingly teleported onto the green).

Note that nothing in this post has any political content. It does however consist of reliable factual statements about those concerned.

Well that's because every politically motivated opinion is reliable factual statements. Just ask the people who have those opinions, they'll tell you. It's also why chess.com closed topics like this. The politically motivated just cant help themselves, they HAVE to get their two cents in (as if it were worth that much)
