Does moving from blitz to bullet, makes you a worse chess player?

Hi All,
Recently I moved from 3' blitz to 1' bullet. I was struggling in bullet when I started 2-3 years back, but to my surprise without much effort I have gained over 300 rating points in last 3 months in bullet ( mostly because of mastering 1-2 openings), and now my blitz and bullet ratings are almost similar, but I can see a drop in my blitz gameplay. Is it that bullet worsens your game?
