just from playing kids labeled (local prodigies) and semi/high rated female players it seems like there ratings seem to be a bit exaggerated like when playing this kid rated 1900 and watching his games when i got up to walk around and he consistently made obvious positional inaccuracies and would only win cause of his opponents tactical mistakes which were sometimes obvious from surprisingly decent rated (1700+) players
