Result : 64 years old, 30 km walk per day, healthy , 3000 dollars more each year, feeling of total freedom (I have a full box of cigs with me since one year 2 months and didnt open it. 

There is exactly ZERO reasons to smoke, 1000 reasons NOT tp. The best cig i the cig I don't smoke. When you get this paradoxe (for me a research of ten years!), you come from pleasure of smoking o happiness of NOT to.
