Does tactics trainer help?

I have used Tactics Trainer pretty extensively during my time on chess.com. I have also used Lessons, especially for openings and endgames, but I attribute much of my improvement to Tactics Trainer. And I have improved. I have noticed significant changes to my performance and play style, and in the last year my rating has gone up roughly 300 points! I don't use chess books or software. I just play games and use Tactics Trainer and Lessons. That's my story, for whatever it's worth to you. :)

A lot. Actually really a lot. Tactics are the main weapon for Under 2000 to improve quickly.

i just didn't wanna devote so much time and not yield the best results.
Every moment you spend on the board will help improve your skills.
Just like a 17 years old school boy's hand writing speed, compared to the hand writing of a first grader.
Yes it helps It is very good... Do it an hour a day and you will improve...
I have made it a goal to improve my chess game. As part of my goal, i have started to study. I have started the lessons and they are great! My question lies with tactics trainer. For those of you that have used tactics trainer, has it improved your game and rating, and by how much?
