Why do you feel the need to try and make me change my point of view. You are just one of those people who cant stand it when others have a difference of opinion. That is why you got involved in this and posted that on my profile. How is that common sense? Is that your excuse because you cannot come up with a reason? Your only backing too your argument is your opinion. To me that is worth nothing. The reason i changed it was because somebody explained to me that the message was not clear enough. I dont really care about how i offend others. I have the right to do so. If you were bombed i am sorry but i do not consider this offensive either.  

Then why did you get involved in the first place? What do you gain from continuing it?

            Let me get this straight.  At your age,You looked and looked and looked for an avatar that you thought was ok, and when you found, "Alquieda Chess". You then went to the T.O.S. to MAKE SURE it wasn't in violation??   WHO THE HELL DOES THAT??   There's no such thing as "almost" pregnant.  Some people can't see the forest when the're looking at the trees.    I'm no lawyer but I think it would fall under   invasive of another's privacy.   People have a right to mourn in private while not being reminded of that awful day.

        Let me tell you a story about the Meese commission in the 1970's.  The store 7--11  was selling pornograhic magazines in plain site of young children. The attorney General--Ed Meese, agreed and sued 7-11 to change their policies. They screamed, "free speech". It went to the Supreme Court. At issue was the definition of pornography. Mr Meese was asked the definition of pornography. He said;  I don't know what the definition of porn is, but I know porn when I see it. Long story short, 7-11 lost their case and now they sell magazines BEHIND the counter. OUT of plain site.  If you wanna put that picture of "Alquieda Chess" on your homepage,(where it will be hidden from public view).  Help yourself, be my guest. But if you wanna jump around in groups, and blogs, and threads, and posts, and tournaments, and etc, and remind victims of their pain, victims from all over the world, then I doubt your gonna get a lot of sympathetic people on your side. 

First of all if you are going to continue to rant on me it is Al-Qaeda. Second I search the T.O.S. before i do anything on a website as anybody should. Another reason is when i deal with people like you it adds to my points. In this case i can still make my avatar that chess board and it will be ok under the terms of service. So i do in fact have the right to offend people on this site as long as it is within the T.O.S. like my avatar was. Short answer no. Long answer they may mourn all they like and they dont have to use chess.com and go on to my profile to do it. Also i did not post it onto their profiles or send it to them now did I. Four the last time I checked i am a american citizen. As a chess player i am entitled to play for what ever nation i have a current citizenship too. If you still want to try and play lawyer over there  be my guest because i can knock you off your little pedestal everytime you try.

Sorry, i thought this thread was closed. I don't need a "just cause" for what ever avatar i use. As long as i corrosponds with the T.O.S. it is ok. I didn't need a staff member said it was ok for me to use it, i looked at the T.O.S. and nothing had violated it. Me having my avatar on my profile that you had to go onto my profile to see what it was because it was too small anywhere else is not a intusion onto anothers privacy. It seems as to you need to relearn the words you are using or just not use words you dont know. The definition of intrude is "to thrust or bring in without invitation". Now Did I go invite them onto it or force them to see it? No, they would have to go looking onto my profile. Here let me answer your relentless questions. 1. I was only a small child, but i still remember it. 2. I have no need to dominate other members. I just refuse to stand by while i am picked on. So what i am doing is not trolling or being troll bait to earn points i am defending my self because of your relentless personal attacks. Yes what you are doing is a personal attack. Relating me to a horrible looking irish pop star, several terrorists and calling me a sick pupy are in fact personal attacks.
