Yes it exists and I think there should be stricter rules to test people and to discourage it

There are strict rules see #7. There should probably be more controls.
Vicodin I think improves play. You have so much fun, and due to the fun you concentrate much longer and better than without. At least I do. Adderall is of course very effective.
As I have seen at Google, vicondin will make you sleep.
There are some drugs for lack of attention.
But they can make your brain damages.
Dopping is to make your body (and brain) acelerated.
