Draw offers and conditional moves in .pgn-files?

In the .pgn-files there are no mention of draw offers during the game. On official score sheets draw offers must be recorded. It would be good if these could be included in the downloadable .pgn-files.

When playing turn based chess, the conditional moves of the players should also be included in the .pgn-files as move variations. A comment to say its a conditional move could very well be included.

Good idea with recording of draw offers.

Not a good idea with recordings of conditional moves, becuase many players don't wish to reveal what they would have played in other lines, and definitely not in the opening phase, wherby you will reveal more of your opening repertoire

I would also like draw offers to be recorded. I was trying to figure out who offered a draw the other day, but there was no information about it
