Absolutely. Once a position is repeated 3 times exactly, a draw will be declared if you make a draw offer.
At any of the points marked with the comment "3-fold repetition", you could have requested a draw/ claimed a draw.
Some people think it is not sporting but that is because they do not know the rules of chess.
If you guys now 0% chance of winning and the oppsition wont acepa draw do u guys ever try to draw by reputition?
