Does the mobile app let you drawing tactical arrows in analysis using phones or tablets (not computer)?
Does it need a stylus pen to do that?

The mobile app does not support drawing arrows. Based on some comments from Erik earlier this year, it seems highly unlikely for this kind of feature to be implemented for mobile.
