Drawn End Game, Offer Draw?

Hello,

 

I was way ahead on time, he was down to roughly 10 seconds left and I had a full 2 minutes. I could have flagged until I won, but I offered a draw as I did not feel right winning a drawn end game, opposite colored bishops and his only passed pawn was blocked by my bishop. Did I do the right thing and offer a draw instead of flagging getting a cheap win?
