No committes required... all the common drawing rules apply. :)
(1) Draw by repeating a position 3 times
(2) Draw by 50 moves with no capture or pawn move
(3) Draw by no side has enough material to ever score a checkmate
(4) Draw by mutual agreement
(5) Draw by stalemate (one side is not in check and can't make a legal move)
Is there a set of rules that addresses drawn games? ....a Chess.com comitttee to rule on draws?....an algorithm that detects drawn games?
