Drunken 1700 Bot?

I've played ArthurBot a few times and I've been learning a lot from playing against his steady, brick wall style, mainly that I get muddled in the late opening & early middle game. Had not beaten him.

But just now I played this game with "him" and couldn't believe what was going on. If a 1700 human played like this I'd assume they were drunk. "He" failed to punish my terrible, cramped opening, failed to follow through on a kingside attack that was a move or two from blowing me wide open, hung a bishop, then just allowed me to exchange pieces, including queens making my kingside safe, then swapping both rooks in the early endgame to leave me with the only piece!

Do the bots glitch? Or after murdering you a few times are they programmed to let you win one? Or do you think ArthurBot was drunk?

Another drunken / glitching / generous 1700 bot. JonasBot this time. Gave away a pawn on move 1 and a knight on move 5.

Serious question: how strong a bot do you have to play to get games without this sort of below-1200 stuff?

It just occurred to me that I should post links to the games, rather than the reviews, as perhaps a lot of people don't have access to the reviews. Here are links to the games that anybody should be able to access:
