during endgame, no extra queen?

By turning a rook upside-down.
I usually stick a bogger on the board. If I want to move the bogger(queen) I clean it and use a fresh one. If I'm out of mucus I politely ask some from the audience/opponent.

Right. Ordering upside-down rooks is a waste of time and money.

Inverted R is common. Otherwise, a bottle cap, pebble, coin or whatever is at hand suffices rather well.

Why not just pull back the pawn to prevent promotion until another queen is available?
Your logic is impeccable, but maybe chess isn't your game.

are you joking like the woman that got fired at the mm factory for throwing out all mm that said ww.

You kind of lost me here.
Well, there was a time when chess sets didn't come with an extra Q. So, you improvise. An inverted R is probably the best choice (if avaiailable). Otherwise...bottle cap, pebble, button, or whatever (as I've said before).
What part of this don't you comprehend?

This is the same guy who said he wants to sue a grandmaster for not giving him lessons, because it violates his "rights." He's either a troll or mentally... disadvantaged.
Seriously, do you really believe he doesn't understand the concept of turning a rook upside-down? Don't waste too much time or effort on it.

What would you do? During the endgame, your king is beside your pawn on top of the board during the endgame. Your pawn is about to reproduce a queen, but you don't have any extra ones on you.
