How does White end the game? It looks like he is going to get checkmated.  I don't know the exact definition of scoring a marginal win by exposing the king, but I believe that White must find a way to end the game without getting mated, or stalemated.  He has to either force a 3 fold repetition, perpetual check, or 50 moves without the capture of a piece or movement of a pawn.  Your solution is incomplete until you show how White will accomplish that.

I got also blocked tonight and it hurts. The monster in the stalemate discussion did not even care to answer my question. He just blocked me. And only because I asked him why the wages in Hungary are only one third of the equivalent wages over here. Seems a reasonable question to me?

None because you can only get 1 point for a win and 1/2 point for a draw and that should not change :-)
