Early draws

So today i played a few games. I didn't like some positions and playing certain openings so i offered my opponents a draw is it ok to do this stuff and draw on move 7?

in my personal opinion, a draw is a draw no matter how you achieve it so yeah I'd deem it ok

Offering a draw and your opponent accepting it is fine. Maybe they were rushed for time, there was a sudden emergency at home or an important phone call and they had to break it off. You didn't abort the game, after all.
