Do you study commented/uncommented games on the basis of:
* ECO
Select an opening ECO code, and study all the games available with it.
* Player
Select the commented games of a particular grandmaster, and study all the games available of him.
Which one is more effective in terms of improvement?
I'd appreciate it if you could share what other way you employ in your approach to this. Thanks.
