You must use your pieces and king to restrict the squares available to the lone king and force it into a corner which is the same colour as your bishop. There you will be able to give checkmate. If done accurately from the most difficult position to start from this takes about 30 moves I think and is forced. The player with the lone king should be trying to get their king to a corner which is the opposite colour to the bishop, delaying the process and drawing by 50 move rule.
