In the final position,you had no pieces other than a king. This is called having insufficient mating material. The moment you exchanged off the last pair of rooks, you were playing for two results (a loss or a draw). You had no shot at a win due to it being impossible to mate the opposing king.

But its not just about my position, he had material which he could of checked mate with, i have had many similar and no 1 time did it become a draw before, this is the first time. If he did not have queen it would of made sense he did have a queen and 2 pawns so insufficient material rule wouldnt count
