How does the computer calculate the + and - point values for available moves? And when i use the analysis of my games, when it tells me i blundered (+4.33) what does that mean?

The engine's numerical output is normally measured in pawns, so +4.33 would be a White advantage equivalent of about 4 1/3 pawns, or a minor piece and a pawn. As to how they calculate, that's a subject that I don't remember/know enough about to properly explain. You can search Google for how chess engines evaluate to get a good understanding of it.
