engine which make no silly moves and have low rating?

I would like play against a 'human-like' engine which make no silly moves, but still have 'human-like' rating about 2200, 2300... I think I need a engine no more than 200 points above my own rating which I think is something next to 2000 or 2100 in classical chess...

HIARCS is touted as being very "human" like in it's play.  I'm only around 1400 in live and it plays similarly to me when I have it set to match my level.  You know, forgets the opening; loses exchanges, attacks without being developed, or plays too passively.  Vishy Anand has used it for tournament prep; I assume those errors are more positional.  Anyway, worth a look...

Pretty cool search function in the DB.  You can set up a position and then search for all the games in that database that have the position.  Not the fastest because of file structure but easy to use.
