Estimate my rating based on 'play magnus' app - Chess Forums - Page 2

I started playing chess about a month ago so I have no idea what my rating would be. I just beat 9 year old magnus. How good is 9 year old setting on the play magnus app?

I got really close to mate but it stubbornly defended. I was so mad.

try to upgrade the app so that you can play Magnus Magnus 10 year old 1 month. Maybe you can beat him.

I guess the default Magnus 10 is more than 5 month old.

Could be, but it plays the openings at different strengths and depth. I like to think the app includes Magnus repertoire at different ages. Plus I think the little stories are cool.

Not quite. The developers supposedly input all of his recorded games from every age when making the engine so that the computer would be more likely to play like Magnus. On top of that, they manually customized his opening repetoire to resemble Magnus's favorite openings at every age.

I beat 11 sometimes, 12 is too hard for me (got 1 win in like 8 games), and I am close to dominating 10 hahaha

I wonder because I upgraded to premium it says it unlocks the power or something. Do you think it gets harder for the contest?

when you unlock it, or rather upgrade, you can play magnus in increments of difficulty by the month. it also records your scores which puts you in the running to play magnus live. this for any new comer is impossible because the high scores are held by players who probably play over twenty wins a day since the app came out. the leader of the lowest bracket has about 12 million points and counting.

where can you see the highscores?

edit found it: I have 110747 and played 296 games. I am ranked 458 within 8-10 years. those score for others are completely wild.

I have only 21 wins and 4 draws
