Even A.I. cheats !!!

Just played the computer , and though there seems to me no way out for the computer player (white) , it still called it a draw. Can't expect to improve my chess if A.I. is going to cheat.
Probably stalemate. If the king is alone and has no safe square to go, there's no legal move to continue the match, therefore it's a draw.
If the king has nowhere to go but it's not under check.*
