Experience on OBT/Online Game vs. More Lessons / Puzzle

I've learned opening theories and Openings but on some of my losing games on Chess.com... I've learned it through experience. Like I blundered backrank checkmate, Missing a crazy tactic, Or even... Blundering a piece.
So I was wondering... Is Experience better than Lessons? Or was it the other way around?
What do you think?
