Hmmm, not sure exactly what you mean, but if your opponent attacks these squares in the opening, as long as you've been developing normally, you'll be all right. Am I getting the right idea with these diagrams or am I way off?
F7 and F2 squares

develop your pieces well, and castle.. after castling (kingside) now at least your problem is not f2 and f7 but h2 and h7 instead..
dont get frustrated if they attack f2 and f7, its natural because only the king is defending it in the starting position of chess..
its not that hard to defend actually if you put your pieces to right squares, just avoid protecting these weaknesses with pawnpushes as much as possible (in which you create another weakness)..

Just got demoralized by the attacks on these squares. How do I counter them? So hard. He would always attack the square with the queen, bishop and knight.
