You have to be more specific about what the problem you have experienced is.

specifically;8/2/13 evening ca. time I had a winning steak going (very rare) then 2 or 3 times my opponents (in a row), didn't respond to my openning move. I'm fine with that. However I'm then challenged by a higher rated player and I decline a couple of times. How do you know the people you mention as declining to answer your moves didn't get the same warning? I think you are assuming you are being singled out. Stop thinking you are a victim.

You should set the min/max rated opponent before you seek a game.
