fair play rules

You an do a search on fair play rules
Or I can just give you a brief summary here. Basically, the fair play rules are a set of guidelines on how you should behave when you're playing on chess.com. The most important rules that you should always keep in mind are:
1. Don't play too slowly and keep your opponent waiting for too long. So even if you're playing a 30 minute game, try to make every move in 5 seconds or less.
2. Off a draw every 10-15 moves, so that your opponent has a chance to end the game if he/she wants to.
3. If your position is hopeless - in other words, there's no realistic way for you to prevent your opponent from winning - it is impolite to keep playing until checkmate. Instead, you should simply disconnect from the game by closing the live chess window.
There are a number of other rules as well, but the 3 above are by far the most important, so make sure you remember them.
I had a problem myself a little while ago. When playing with a bad connection the server was matching me and starting games in live chess, but I couldn't see anything happening on my screen. That meant it seemed I had aborted a number of games in a row from their point of view, although I hadn't intended to. When I started playing on my own network again I was getting the same message as you for about 1 - 2 days, but after a period in which I had no aborted games, it went away.
Based on the above, I would advise giving it 2 days to see if this resolves itself. After that, if you're still seeing the message you could contact chess.com directly by selecting 'Help' on the drop down menu when you click on settings (the little gear icon in the top right hand corner of the screen) and then going to 'Contact us'.
Thanks everyone for the quick answers. I think I had the same as you Iba_4.
I am surprised about rule 3, I thought it was impolite to resign if the opponent wanted to checkmate. I will pay attention to that.

Macer75 is joking. Forget that answer.
