Fair play team not competent on returning unfair losses of points

I just lost like a whole bunch of games due to cheaters and I reported them and it's been months and i still haven't received any points back. I just want to say to all out there, don't expect the fair play team to be competent. There's just sooooooo many cheaters on this site and it frustrates me to the max. Chess.com says it will return your points but that is a lie. I'm proof of that. So why don't we all write a suggestion to chess.com as to put more people  on the fair play team because......I wrote them plenty of times even a guy SPECIFICALLY talked to me over writing saying he would take care of it. And these guys were clearly cheating. over 90% accuracies in 20 -30 won games in a row for a 800's player? No. This is unacceptable. And I just thought if we all reported this incompetence, maybe we would get heard. I'm about to boycott the whole site i'm so angry and peed off and this "#1 chess site in the world" its not

Sorry to hear that you are going, I really enjoyed our game.

You're fine it's the people in charge of this site that need improvement. I can improve elsewhere. Sorry friend

I may not go I want to wait and see what develops. If they want diamond member leaving that's their loss not mine. It's just that, when your told something, and it doesn't happen (like giving me back my points) it really can sour the other person's attitude to something. Even if they loved it before.

The site closed over 35,000 accounts in November 2022 and while the December report hasn't been published, the numbers are going to at least that, or higher.

If you've reported accounts and they haven't been closed then

  • the accounts were playing fairly
  • there wasn't sufficient information showing unfair play
  • there is a possibility of unfair play but not to the confidence level the site wants before closing accounts

The site has also posted that the incidence of cheating is around 0.2%
