Fair Play warnings

Can anyone out there advise me please? I have received THREE Fair Play warnings today before accepting live chess challenges, and I have absolutely no idea what I've done wrong. I never let my clock run down in a lost game, I have never aborted a lost game, but simply resign - obviously. I have also never used any help, other than to look up an opening in a Daily Chess game, never a live game. So what's going on? Once or twice I have allowed auto abort (without playing a move) when I haven't wanted to accept a challenge from a much higher rated opponent - is that bad?
