I am a gold member from last year and today I renewed for one more year. Due to some internet issue,even after I made a move, my clock was running and I lost several times. Now there is a warning that I must wait for 5 minutes after a game due to no fault of mine. I request somebody at chess.com to look at this issue and render justice

It is possible you got disconnected. You can try a few things. Make sure you have the newest version of your browser, clear your cache, and disable Flash for the site.

That all said, the site is looking into similar instances of this issue, that might be caused by a bug but as of now I don't know what the status of that is.
