Fastest/Quickest 3rd Repetition Draw in Chess!

Sort:
One_Zeroth

Faster/Quicker than a Stalemate or 50 Move Rule - Draw.

It is in 4 Moves.

I can't even insert Chess Diagrams in here!!

One_Zeroth

But anyways, it is.

1 Nf3 Nf6 2 Ng1 Ng8 3 Nc3 Nc6 4 Nb1 Nb8 - DRAW

It's the fastest possible Draw, Sir.

Umm… both players can agree to a draw before making a single move, correct? That would be faster.

even IF you want a threefold... the starting position doesnt count

the three positions must be reached after a particular move... the starting position has no moves played before it

and #8 is right so if we ignore agreed draws and need forced draws.... 5 fold repetition, threefold must be claimed
