Use the queen to box the king into a corner and then move the king in for the mate.

I've been losing a lot of games recently cause my flag falls when I have only a few seconds to mate a lone king with a queen and king.
What is the fastest way to perform this mate? By fastest, I mean the most practical way to win a blitz game quickly, the easiest mate that will allow me to do it in 3-4 seconds so I don't have to think about the moves at all.. there is no time to THINK!
I know there are many methods, which is why I ask this..
