It's got to be the Queens Gambit Declined for White and the Sicilian for black (Dragon variation if possible).
Favourite Opening.
I keep hearing about the Dragon variation. What about it is so great? I usually open with the Queen's gambit as white and the Sicilian as black (depending on what white does of course).

Wow, the QGD! As White! In all my years playing chess, I don't recall ever hearing someone who considered that opening their favorite. It must have its adherents, because it's played frequently, just always seemed so stodgy and dull to me. In fact, it was a lot of the reason I gave up d4 in favor of e4, I hated the white side of it.

I always start with 1. e4 as white, and answer the Sicilian with the Smith-Morra Gambit, which is definitely my favorite opening right now. I love seeing the Sicilian from my opponents.

I do a variation on the Richter attack. 1)d4 d5 2)Nc3 Nf6 3)Bg5. As I said I do a variation on this where i make Bg5 at move 5 instead. 3)Nf3 Bg4 4)Ne5 e6 5)Bg5. I have had alot of success with this opening.

i think its called the hedgehog and whites moves are e3,d3,g3,Bg2,Ne2,b3,Bb2,Nd2,O-O i tried this against the computer on here and the computer ended up moving its a8 rook back and forth it did not no what to do
Looks like the hippo, except for white.
