I don't think feminists would enjoy playing chess as the majority of the players are men.
Just an FYI: in chess, it is the common belief that the king is a woman trapped in a man's body. The queen is the opposite.

btw, one doesn't need to be female to be a feminist, nor does being female make one a feminist.
HEre're the gender of the pieces commonly assigned in chess:
King, queen, as mentioned above.
Rook : straight male
Bishop: gay male if black; female for white
Knights: bi male on king side; female on queen.
Pawns: underage , not yet mature enough to self-identify orientation
So, as you can clearly see, the sexes are balanced on the chessboard.
The most important piece is the King, the most powerful, yes that is the queen.

But since the bishops have to be male, because the Church does not allow female priests, and the knights, at least historically, were also all male, it seems as though the females are distinctly outnumbered on the board.
Idk why there aren't more feminists playing chess.
