Few and Far Between

~~~Too many times I do not play well enough for me to even want to remember the game; I do not know why too few and far between games that this happens to me, where I play with chess on my mind and not just make some "good" random move. I have posted this question before although I still have not found the answer to this big question for me.
This is one of the few games I have played from the beginning looking to slowly increase my advantage on the Queenside and not try to go for mate on the castled King's position on the Kingside. In the (distant) past I would try to get to the enemy King first and play somewhere else later when I have nothing left to throw at my enemy's castle gates.
~~~I wanted to post this game because I think a "Thanks" is due to (IM Silman) Mister Silman for my advancement in this game. I read his book, The Amateur's Mind and it has helped me tremendously with planning in my game and understanding what I should be doing instead of just looking for "good moves". This is the first and only book I have read on chess thus far and it is a very good book for anyone under 2000 rating (chess.com); I recommend this book and give it 4.5 stars out of 5 if there is such a rating system. The only thing I would have like to have seen are more master games with detailed annotations using the ideas in the book.

On move 32.. Black should have played Qf4 and it's unclear

 Yes, it gets the Queen out of harms way...even Qe6 would be fine.

My plan was to win another pawn on the queenside with either Nxc6 or Nxb7; my opponent made the blunder so it ended the game.
