I have no idea how to see in chess-results.
it says no tournaments were found with this selection
how do you search?

BTW i dont think it has the requirements to be fide rated. it does not have an increment. it's plain 5+0

Great! you found the link but i will further clarrify if this tournament is rated( when i put a quick bing search it does not give any link associated with FIDE)

In the above link, standard or main tournament is already rated. but there is no such link for the blitz meaning it's not rated and just a side event or fun event.
Also the arbiters are qualified by FIDE so it's not a rated tournament
it doesn't matter if it has increment or not to be fide rated.
it just depends on whether the organisers want the tournament to be rated or not.
they have to pay money to fide for a rated tournament, so many organisers decide not to make it a rated tournament because nobody gives a damn about blitz rating.
and using chess-results doesn't mean that it's fide rated.

Oh! I did not know to look up a specific country :D! looks like topic is closed
but still i doubt what are the official time controls used in FIDE blitz tournaments! 3+2 only or other time controls also!?(i have seen 4+2,5+2 and 5+3 only in the elite tourneys and doubt whether they take place in amauteur events also)

hmmm true.. but strange about you criticize about chess-results since it's an austrian site :P
