Filipino Chess players are smartest of all

I would like to see a filipino player enter this tournament (bulldog chess - see end of thread), or this tournament (infinite chess).
These are similar to chess, but since rules are slightly different, people can play slow (like one move per day), and using an engine is impossible.
Btw my favorite dessert is leche pan (Filipino custard). I also heard that Imelda Marcos from the Philippines had a giant shoe collection, including a replica of shoes from the wizard of oz.

According to post 29, PH is ranked #48, nowhere near the top. Can't believe how stupid filipinos are, always in denial and deluding themselves.
