Bullet is a useless and addictive time format for most part. Have you considered any rating goals in slower time controls?
Finally I achieved 1900 rating in bullet

Years ago when I was still pretty much a beginner I saw the 1800 rated guys as insanely strong, let alone the 1900 ones. Now, many years later I am happy to see that I have defeated several 1800s and even some 1900s, and now I belong to this group.
Obviously I know that the really strong players are 2500+ rated, and the best in the world are 3000+, but for a simple chess enthusiast like me 1900 is a very good result.
Usually I was stuck in the 1700s most of the time, and if I achieved 1800 I would not last long there. At some point I got down to 1500, almost even 1400.
Bullet is a very tricky and sometimes unfair thing. There were so many games that I deserved to win and ended up losing but so many that I deserved to lose but I won. Internet speed is very important but it also take obviously some chess skills to get to a decent rating.
The game that made me achieve 1900 was definitely not my best one, as I blundered some pieces but ended up winning on time. However I don’t care because as I said, there were also so many games where I played better than my opponent and I lost. Bullet is like that.
Now I will focus on making progress and play much slower games. Bullet was for fun but I became kinda obsessed with achieving this rating. It was actually one of my New Year’s resolutions for 2 years in a row lol
Now I can relax and be at peace. I don’t care anymore if I go down to 1800 or 1700 again. I just wanted to achieve at least one time the 1900 mark.
And who knows, maybe some day I will be chasing the 2000 rating.
