Finding "actual" players

Not sure if I'm overlooking a way around this, but is there a method of searching for people who have actually played games in daily? I'm terribly annoyed by getting matched with players who have the default 1800 rating. Most dont even finish the match, and if they start they play closer to a rating of 1200. I used to be able to search for those with my rating or higher, but it seems I must add a -25 to the search.
You can adjust for the ratings you'll get matched up against but don't think there's a way to do it for established ratings.

If you create a daily challenge with a browser, you can seek an opponent who has played a minimum number of daily games.
