Who is it going to be?
Parham Maghsoodloo reached 2689 about six months ago, but has been going the wrong way since then. Jefffery Xiong hit 2674 two and a half years ago, and kinda stalled until recently. He is at 2690 now and playing at the Summer Chess Classic. Can he get to 2700 in the next week?
