Are the servers down? I can't join any servers. My internet is usually very fast. Is this just a temporary thing?

I better get my 7 elo back or I am suing.

for a moment i thought my internet or my device crashed…i restart my device n still crash..n looking at crash arena..everyone complaining..idk tht banner twerking tht thing in chess.com main page and i think chess.com been hacked..tht graphic is so unusual..two things possible here..hacked or idk just thinking tht chess.com hired the wrong guy for the job

usually when there are 500k people playing games and 4k people in one place, its kind of difficult to run, especially when their traffic has doubled in the last few weeks and they are still adapting to it

Obviously, I'm aware that there are bigger problems in the world than a crap website.  But when you're a paying customer, and they're not delivering the goods, it's not cool!

Dude, i have been paying for diamond for 2 years as well, i am very happy with what i get, even with the servers, because you know what, I TOUCH GRASS.

This  has been a problem for a while now, hasn't it? What are they doing with all that subscriber money I wonder...

A couple months at least.  If this were a brand new issue, I would remain patient.

i personally think it was hacked..the other games n tournament crashed too…this website is easily hacked..because its too open website no protection at all

It has been a while since chess.com keeps banning alternative accounts. People need to know if these players don't play you would have literally no players. This site already lack players in 4pc teams variant . All comes down to recklessness of changing the standard from old one to new one . Then doing whatever they want. This site now has no minimum standard . The players who reach 2k are basically 1700s-1800s at best. Yet you don't want to allow alternative accounts. Again this site is run but new players and alternative accounts=basically old players . Can you run this site denying the existence of alternative accounts or old player. One of the main reason what most of the people to make alternative account is that they don't find or rarely find any proper  match above 2000 . Even if they find it usually takes hours. I once created a room after 3 hours of  returning, I found that room was still loading and none joined.   With everything they won't still allow it. The admins themselves use alternative account as well can you guys deny that as well? I am an very very old player been with the site from the beginning . You are disgracing old players by banning them . We didn't do anything wrong . We didn't use alternative accounts for illegal purpose . We just want to play and have fun nothing else . Legendary players like icy left . Do you still remain indifferent?. Well sorry to say the remaining players will leave as well at some point  and this 4pc teams variant will be lost on dark abyss (well already almost on the verge of death) .
