Florida Chess Intercollegiate Tournament (My performance)

I played board three at this event for my university. The first game had a time control of 1 hr/5 seconds while all the others were 2hr/5 seconds delay. I am rated 1464 and didnt know what to expect. Any input is very welcome and much appreciated. I only played 4 rounds because on the fifth my opponent simply forfeited.

I ended up going 3-1 which is a good score and what my team needed to get 2nd place yet I should have gone 4-0 which wouldve won us the tournament. My second match i feel i mainly lost just because he trapped my rook which was just silly. If i wouldve played Qxf6 earlier rather than gxf6 i wouldve stayed solid and also most likely gotten a better result.
