Did the clock have an increment, like 3/2?
If so then both of you gained 2sec every move you make.

So we gave you some simple explanations;
- server lag(are you on your phone?)
- time increment during the game
but no, you still think the other guy cheated you.
Like he has the ability to add time to his games in the chess.com servers.
Or maybe he's a wizard?!?
