Go to the game you're wanting to post, click Export to PGN. Create a new forum post, click the button to insert position or game (the little chessboard).
In the window that pops up, select Game or Sequence of Moves, and click continue, select Use a PGN file, go to the PGN file you just created, copy the contents and paste, then just keep clicking continue.
