yes, well aware of privacy settings. But I was blocked from making a post in a forum. Person that started it did not agree with my comment, said he "took care of it... I was gone". Lo and behold I am unable to post- no box to enter comment. Maybe he is buddies with a moderator? Highly unlikely, it seems he can block members from posting in a topic he started.

What you do then to drive the mods crazy is, start a parallel thread on the same subject and state your opinion.

I have a lot of people on my blocked list. They cannot post in any forums I've started. One is an International Master on this website. I just blocked someone today for calling me ignorant. Do ignorant people know how to block people?

Speaking of blockers...A few years ago there was an interesting character called "Windows 5" or "Microsoft Windows" or some variant...Anyone remember him ? He was either a fantastic troll or genuinely crazy..He would block people for getting his name wrong etc Anyone remember ?

Ziggy, I think it might have been "Windows7" (then he made a name upgrade to "Windows8" - possibly with a "_" thrown in there somewhere) Compared to him, "newengland7" (I just noticed the eerie numerical similarity, but it IS Halloween) is a novice blockhead.
